Cynthia A., a retired Sergeant First Class in the United States Army and current Army JROTC instructor in Mobile, Alabama piloted the iCSL initiative in her Citizenship and the Constitution course. The goal of her class is to motivate youth in becoming better citizens through studies of citizenship, civics, the American Government, and community leadership. Using material curated by iCivics, her students developed their capacity for civic engagement as part of a semester-long capstone.
